The CDN Website is a joint project of the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel(FDPRC) and the Habeas Assistance and Training Counsel (HAT).  FDPRC and HAT are funded pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act to assist counsel and the courts in federal capital and habeas cases.  The project managers for the CDN website are Dick Burr for FDPRC and Mark Olive for HAT.
