Kelly Branham is national victim liaison coordinator for the project and is hosted by the Federal Defender Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, in Nashville.
Branham, also an attorney, has been involved in capital litigation since 1989. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and her Juris Doctor from
the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following trainings on restorative justice and trauma awareness through the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at
Eastern Mennonite University, she began victim liaison work in 2002. Ms. Branham also conduct several intensive trainings each year on defense-victim liaison work,
and speaks nationally and internationally on defense-initiated victim outreach.
